How does the mutual reveal work?

Both partners must submit their daily check-in before either can see the other's result. Once both have checked in, the app simultaneously shows you each other's capacity score and stressor tags.

What is a capacity score?

It's a simple 1–10 rating of how much you have left today — emotionally, physically, and mentally. 1 means running on empty, 10 means fully charged. There's no wrong answer.

If one partner subscribes, does the other get premium too?

Yes. One subscription covers both partners. Once you're linked, premium features are available to both accounts.

How do I link with my partner?

During onboarding, you'll get a 6-character invite code. Share it with your partner. They enter it in the app and you're linked. The code expires after 24 hours.

Can I use Sync without a partner?

The app is designed for two people. You can complete onboarding solo, but the mutual reveal and partner features require a linked partner.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently deletes all your data including check-in history, gratitude notes, and your partner link.

Is my check-in data private?

Yes. Your check-in data is only shared with your linked partner — no one else. We do not sell data, run ads, or share information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
